1、组织制定公司EHS目标、管理方案、规章制度、操作规程和EHS事故应急救援预案.
2、落实集团和相关政府EHS部门的要求，组织公司EHS委员会会议和重要活动，督促、检查EHS委员会会议纪要事项的落实情况。
3、组织落实公司EHS管理体系、环评、验收报告、排污许可证、安评等证件的取证、换证工作。
4、组织EHS隐患排查，对消防设施和器材，危化品，环境保护，特种设备，电气安全等公司危险源、环境危害因素进行专项识别与检查，进行改进管理；
5、落实公司应急准备和应急响应的日常协调管理、24小时应急值守，负责应急救援队伍的建设，落实应急救援物资的监督管理；
6、组织公司以各种形式开展EHS教育和培训工作，同时进行台账管理
7、督促落实公司职业健康档案的更新，职业病危害因素的监测。
8、督促落实公司的废水、废气、固废管理和监测。
9、监督各部门新建、改建、扩建工程的设计、竣工验收和设备改造、工艺条件变动方案的“三同时”落实情况
10、EHS委员会及部门领导交办的其它事项。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程及其相关专业，3年以上相关岗位工作经历；
2、具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的抗压能力，细致踏实的工作作风。
