Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Apply manufacturing process engineering principles to ensure safe, stable, efficient plant operations.
- Identify implement process improvement opportunities using structured problem solving methods.
- Troubleshoot process deviations through root cause analysis data driven decision making.
- Support deployment sustainment of Manufacturing Technology standards, best practices, SOPs.
- Ensure all improvements comply with IFF EHS, quality, regulatory requirements.
- Use manufacturing operational data to monitperformance optimize processes.
- Support implementation adoption of digital manufacturing analytics tools (e.g. dashboards).
- Act as a liaison between operations, engineering, analytics teams, translating business needs analytical requirements.
- Deliver engineering digital improvement projects collaborate with regional Manufacturing Technology teams.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a closely related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industrial operations, preferably within the chemical process industry
- Strong analytical quantitative skills, with hands on experience working with large datasets industrial data
- Experience delivering digital analytics solutions fmanufacturing operations stakeholders (e.g. process optimization, performance monitoring, decision support)
- Practical experience with relational databases data querying (e.g. SQL); exposure to distributed cloud based data platforms is a plus
- 3+ years of project delivery experience, working in Waterfall and/Agile environments, with the ability to coordinate across technical business teams
- Experience acting as a bridge between business, operations, analytics teams
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Strong effective communication skill in English, both verbal written.
