How you will contribute lead:
1. Achieve Sales Target by managing selected accounts, distributors, explore new business with strategic focus.
2. Provide market insights to the company fthe responsible markets.
Identify, predict selected accounts’ needs on new products, advanced existing products with good business sense cases through presenting a metrics of market trends analysis, costs benefit enhancement of brintegrity.
3. Establish execute account management strategy, forecast, planning budgeting.
4. Be a competent partner internally & externally – an expert fthe Chinese market technical knowledge relevant to company products.
5. Lead manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines customer’s requirement by working closely with technical, consumer research regional team.
6. Manage the supplier-customer relationship through intensive network, providing client services in terms of problem solving on commercial issues, being a business partner.
7. Prepare sales report account analysis.

What you will need to be successful:
1. Bachelor’s degree above, majin Food Science relevant;
2. At least 3 years of sales, account business management in flavcompany;
3. Proven experience in managing key accounts business development in the assigned scope;
4. Knowledge of the beverage businesses is preferred.
5. Able to work independently be a good team player, demonstrates respect fpeople;
6. Demonstrated ability to analyze data points excellent presentation skills;
7. Good interpersonal communication abilities to strongly influence others internally externally;
8. Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving;
9. Accepts 30-50% travel frequency.
