岗位职责：
1.根据业务要求开发新的供应商，建立供应商档案，根据供应商属性分类归档，沟通，维系供应商的关系。
2.对供应商的供应价格、材料质量、交货期等作出评估。
3.根据业务需求，向供应商询价；通过比价寻找*适合的供应商并下单。制作正式采购合同，协调、跟进订单生产进度及交期，及时反馈业务部。
4.如出现产品质量问题，要时间与供应商协调，并按有关协议有效处理。
5.跟供应商确认每月对账日期，以及付款条件，根据对账结果编制付款计划表，并将付款计划表报主管部门审批。
6.对于采购合同、采购对账单、采购发票要做对应的台账管理，便于查询。

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，物流或者采购相关专业。
2、能熟练操作使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；
3、有两年以上采购经验，懂英文者优先；
4、良好的谈判技巧，对市场变化保有敏锐度；
5、为人正直，具有良好的职业道德和团队合作精神；
6、有礼品行业、服装纺织品行业采购经验优先。
7、熟悉相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
8、能适应出差。
