一、岗位职责：
1）熟练使用阿里巴巴平台、社媒等开发客户，定期邮件、电话跟进，维护客户，及时回复和解决客户需求，促成交易；
2）制作销售合同，下单，追踪生产、出货、收款；
3）与客户保持良好沟通，及时收集和反馈客户信息，积极协调和统筹公司内外资源，不断提升客户满意度；
4）与部门领导一起合作，服务可口可乐/雀巢等国际大客户

任职要求：
1．市场营销/商务英语/国际贸易专业，具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能跟海外客户电话/面对面无障碍沟通；
2．工作耐心、细心、积极主动，性格开朗，学习能力强且有进取心，具有一定的沟通协调能力以及服务意识，工作富有团队精神；
3．熟练操作办公软件；熟练阿里巴巴平台操作；
4. 对外贸行业有兴趣，有外贸开拓经验优先考虑；
5，大学奖学金获得者/班干部优先，英语6-8级，1-3年工作经验。
