岗位职责：
1、负责公司安全生产管理体系建立、实施与维护，合规管理，确保符合国家《安全生产法》及相关法规要求。
2、安全、消防、职业卫生等相关法令收集与鉴别、法令执行状况监督及符合性检讨。
3、安全、消防、职业卫生等检测安排、方案执行状况监督及结案确认，变更事项监督管理、异常处理。
4、组织开展安全风险辨识、评估、隐患排查治理，制定应急预案并组织演练。
5、监督生产现场安全措施落实，纠正违章作业行为。
6、组织实施安全教育培训工作，针对不同岗位设计培训内容，提升全员安全知识和技能。
7、负责落实公司的各项安全检查及整改工作，负责本公司的消防安全、安全防护装备的巡检工作。
8、领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、熟悉国家及有关安全方面的法律法规、规章。熟悉EHS、ISO45001、安全生产标准化等管理体系。
2、能够搭建/完善公司安全管理体系。包括消防安全、特种设备管理、职业危害预防、公安化学管制品、生产作业安全、环境安全、生产责任制、应急管理制度、隐患排查制度，以及各类安全隐患排查，突发事件处理。
3、能够独立开展工作，工作认真仔细，责任心强，工作积极主动；有较强的文字撰写能力、沟通协调能力及语言表达能力。并能开展安全检查，推动隐患整改闭环。
