FMS系统AI智能应用开发工程师

岗位职责

1. 负责FMS柔性制造系统AI智能问答模块（帮助中心）开发落地，以产品思维贴合工业场景，解决系统操作、功能使用、故障排查等高效咨询需求；

2. 主导私有化大模型从0到1构建与架构设计，完成选型、部署与调优，保障系统高效稳定运行；

3. 基于现有大模型探索AI在工业新场景的应用，推进AI智能排产、Agent开发、多模态应用等技术落地，赋能业务发展；

4. 负责工业场景知识库构建与优化，结合RAG技术提升问答精准度，联动业务团队推进需求落地与效果验收。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业，1年以上AI应用/后端开发经验，有工业软件AI经验优先；

2. 精通Java/Python至少一种，熟悉大模型应用开发流程，有llama系列、通义千问/文心一言企业版等私有化部署、接口开发及调优经验；

3. 掌握RAG检索增强生成技术，具备知识库构建与优化经验，熟悉Spring Boot/FastAPI等对应开发框架；

4. 熟练操作MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，了解Redis缓存技术，能高效处理问答及知识库数据；

5. 具备产品思维，能精准挖掘工业场景需求，有良好的问题分析、沟通协作能力，了解机器学习算法优先；

6. 接受单休、朝8晚5工作节奏，可长期稳定在余姚当地工作，未来可能杭州设分公司，两地可选。
