1、接洽并分析采购需求、根据采购需求分析供应市场及主要供应商情况；
2、编制招标文件或资格预审文件；
3、起草、发布经甲方审核通过的招标公告或招标邀请书；
4、组织评审委员会对投标比选申请人进行资格预审；
5、组织开标、评标；
6、协助编制评标评选报告；
7、办理招标的备案手续；
8、协助招标人与中标人签订合同；
9、负责对招标代理项目的文档、档案管理；
10、负责处理招标代理项目中出现的异议、投诉等事宜；与招标代理业务相关的其他工作。

任职资格
1.具备采购及实施等流程控制的能力。优秀的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力；
2. 大专以上学历，建筑相关专业，熟悉采购流程，熟悉材料采购相关质量管理体系；
3.年龄30岁以内，相关工作经验2年以上；
4.具备良好的职业道德和责任心，头脑灵活，有较好的谈判能力及成本控制能力。
