岗位职责：
1、职业健康安全环保三同时手续工作，确保公司合规运行。
2、负责制定、修订和完善企业的安全生产规章制度、操作规程，确保其符合国家法律法规和行业标准。
3、制定年度培训计划，按照要求进行培训考核。完善和执行安全生产责任制绩效考核。
4、全厂消防安全管理/特种设备管理，并建立相关台账。
5、负责规范公司安全标准并落实安全标准化体系建设，全面建立安全、环保、职业卫生和消防体系及落实执行工作。
6、负责特殊作业的安全管理以及现场作业管理；
7、组织进行风险分析和隐患排查，定期进行隐患排查，落实和跟踪整改并做好台账。
8、定期组织应急演练和应急处置；
9、负责外来承包商管理；
10、监督检查公司的环保装置运行、污染源排放、危废处置。
11、制定公司的职业病防治计划和实施方案，对职业卫生进行培训和劳动保护用品的使用佩戴等工作。
