1）大专以上学历，食品及相关专业毕业，具备质量管理、质量检验等相关专业知识。
2）了解国家食品安全相关法律法规要求，熟悉食品行业质量体系管理要求、食品检验方法及相关标准，掌握食品行业发展动态。
4.2岗位职责
1）协助公司质量体系的健全建立与有效运行进行维护，并监督其执行情况，有权对违规违纪提出整改或处罚；
2）负责车间生产全过程（人员、设备设施、物料、环境卫生、工艺等）的监督与管理，并保证符合规范要求；
3）负责中间产品和成品的取样（包括留样观察所需样品）、成品入库前的外观检查以及洁净车间环境卫生及从业人员卫生的监测；
4）参与质量问题或事故的调查和处理，并监督措施实施情况的跟踪；
5）负责批生产记录的初审，并对该成品是否放行有建议权；
6）负责厂房设施、公用设备（空调净化系统、纯水系统等）及物料仓储等区域的日常检查；
7）参与不合格品、过期和召回产品的处置，并监督实施过程；
8）组织对生产人员开展质量有关的教育培训和考核；
9）负责定期（每周）向主管书面汇报质量信息；
10）按要求完成领导交办的临时性工作。
