岗位职责：
1、负责用python技术实现后端AI模型的调用，以支持公司的自动化和智能应用。
2、设计和开发高性能的后端服务，确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性。
3、负责后端系统的架构设计、API开发、数据库交互和性能优化。
4、与前端团队紧密合作，确保前后端的无缝集成。

任职要求：（FAST API框架熟悉，硬性条件）
1、至少3年以上的后端开发经验，熟练掌握Python编程语言，具有扎实的编程基础。
2、熟练掌握Langchain框架及其在大模型调用中的应用。能够调用和管理大语言模型。
3、具备提示词工程经验，能够设计和优化模型的输入输出流程。
4、熟练使用SQL，熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库。
5、熟悉相关环境部署、熟悉Linux操作系统，能够熟练使用Linux命令行工具。
6、熟悉Docker和相关的容器编排工具。
7、了解至少一种常用的向量数据库，如Milvus、Faiss或Annoy等，并有实际使用经验。
工作时间：9:00-12:00，14:00-18:30；周末双休；
