岗位职责
1.制定并实施油藏管理及油藏/油井监测计划；
2.识别、实施和监测产能提升机会，包括井下作业建议等；
3.专业数据分析：
使用 Ecrin Suite 软件进行压力恢复和下降测试（试井）分析，
使用 IPM (Prosper) 工具完成井筒分析的水力建模，
使用 OFM 工具跟踪和分析生产性能数据趋势，并提出改进建议；
4.分析流体性质数据，并协同团队制定长期开发与油藏管理方案；
5.指导和培养初级油藏工程师的监测技能和批判性思维；
6.撰写油藏工程工作计划进度报告，准备应急预案。
任职要求
1.工程学学士及以上学位；
2.至少10年油藏工程领域工作经验；
3.具备用于油藏工程的高级石油工程技能；
4.精通高级流体性质技能和压力恢复分析能力；
5.掌握地层评价和生产测井技能；
6.熟练使用OFM、IPM（如Mbal, Prosper, Gap）、PTA（如Ecrin Suite）等软件；
7.具备优秀的分析/解决问题的能力、组织性强、善于处理多项任务；
8.精通英语口语和写作技能（作为工作语言）；
9.具备团队合作精神和出色的沟通协调能力。
