岗位职责：

3、参与公司核心产品的开发，确保系统的高效性和稳定性。
4、与团队成员协作，参与技术方案的设计与评审，推动项目按时高质量交付。
5、持续学习并应用*新的AI和大数据技术，提升团队的技术水平。

任职要求：
1、1年以上Python开发经验，熟悉Python常用库（如NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn、TensorFlow/PyTorch等）。
2、对人工智能和大数据技术有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的机器学习、数据分析基础。
3、熟悉常见的数据处理流程，能够独立完成数据清洗、特征工程等工作。
4、熟悉Linux系统，了解AI训练、微调等技术者，了解知识图谱构建或检索增强生成（RAG）技术；
5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够快速融入团队并承担项目任务。
