3、优秀的数据库设计和优化能力，精通Mysql数据库应用；
4、熟悉Redis,MongoDB,Memcache等NoSQL；
5、有微信商城、分销系统等开发经验
6、熟悉负载均衡（Nginx反向代理）、消息队列（rabbitmq/kafka）等领域；
7、熟悉swoole、golang开发，有高并发量活动开发经验，有游戏运营开发和直播经验者优先考虑；
