4、独立完成过应用系统的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、数据结构设计，并能充分理解和系统的整理客户需求，并根据需求进行模块化和面向对象分析；

5、熟悉Oracle、MySQL、DB2等一种以上的数据库，并在该数据库下进行过应用开发；

6、可以接受1-3个月左右的出差
