3、熟练使用 SpringBoot 框架，了解 SpringCloud 微服务生态（如 Nacos、Feign、Gateway 等），能独立搭建微服务模块；
4、熟悉 MySQL 等主流数据库，精通 SQL 优化技巧；有 JVM 内存调优、垃圾回收机制实践经验者优先；
5、熟悉 Linux 服务器基本操作（如文件管理、服务部署、日志排查），了解docker、k8s等容器化技术；
6、热爱软件设计, 追求代码质量和可维护性, 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
