岗位需求：
1、负责 MES 产品规划、需求分析、流程梳理、原型设计、需求文档（PRD）输出；
2、深入车间调研：生产、工艺、设备、质量、仓库，输出业务流程图、用例、功能清单；
3、定义核心模块：生产执行、工单管理、工序报工、物料追溯、品质管理、SOP、设备数据采集、看板、报表；
4、负责 MES 系统后端 / 前端开发，实现工单管理、工序报工、物料追溯、不良品管理、SOP 查看、安灯、数据看板等功能；
5、负责与 ERP、WMS、PLM 等系统对接，开发标准化接口，实现数据互通；
6、解决生产现场MES系统 BUG，优化性能，提升操作体验；
7、配合生产、实施、工控团队完成功能上线、培训与问题闭环。

任职要求
1、计算机、自动化、工业工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上 MES 系统开发经验，熟悉制造业生产流程（工单、报工、追溯、质检、设备），有自研 MES 或制造业现场落地经验优先；
3、精通至少一种后端技术：Java：SpringBoot、MyBatis/Plus、MySQL、Redis 或 .NET：.NET Core、C#、SQL Server；
4、熟悉前端优先：Vue2/Vue3、ElementUI、ECharts、HTML/CSS/JS；
5、了解工控协议：Modbus、PLC 采集，有设备对接经验优先；
6、能独立完成模块开发、接口调试、现场部署与问题排查。
