3、主导功能模块设计、数据结构设计、接口管理、对外接口设计；承担系统核心功能的研发工作，负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化。
4、制定项目的开发计划，管理开发的全过程，任务拆分及跟进，技术日常管理等工作；
5、维护和升级现有软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。
6、有带团队经验更好。
【岗位要求】：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，熟练掌握软件开发规范，8年以上实际Java项目开发经验
2、5年以上相关工作经验，Java 基础扎实，熟悉 IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制，有良好的编码规范；
3、对主流框架有深入理解（Spring、Spring boot、Spring cloud、Spring cloud、Alibaba、MyBatis-plus等），并具备实际实施经验，有研读过源码者优先。
4、熟练使用MySQL、对Postgresql、Oceanbase、Doris等其他数据库有使用经验，熟悉关系型数据库原理，能进行性能优化。
5、熟练使用Nginx、Redis、RocketMQ或RabbitMQ，Elasticsearch并对其有深入理解。
6、熟练使用IDEA开发工具，熟悉Git、SVN、Maven等。
7、熟悉Linux平台下命令操作，了解K8s，Docker持续构建发布流程。
8、具有较强的业务方案理解能力、系统分析能力和系统架构设计能力，代码质量意识强，有很强责任心和团队意识。
