Job Description
Roles Responsibilities
Responsible foverall electrical system architecture technology planning fMI product line (PET/CT, SPECT/CT); designing, developing, modifying evaluating electronic parts, components integrated circuitry felectronic equipment other hardware systems. They determines design approaches parameters; analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests & evaluate results. Common skill sets include Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, HMOS/MOS/CMOS, PLL, ADC, DAC etc.
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy policy development, ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses judgment to make decisions solve moderately complex tasks problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience expertise fdata analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource fcolleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks resource requirements. Explains difficult sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Electronic Hardware. Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university college
Desired Characteristics
15+ years of electrical design experience, with at least 5 years in system architecture technical leadership.
Strongal written communication skills. Strong interpersonal leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, execute programs. Established project management skills.
