Roles Responsibilities
Fully understthe customer needs, clinical use cases, market, competitiveness, commercial environment. Supporting business leader with key product initiatives to achieve targeted growth of the portfolio.
Develop drive innovative clinical solutions that will help customers to address their clinical operational challenges.
Own the product scope, provide the product inputs to engineering team ftechnical scope use case requirement development
Has in-depth knowledge of clinical scenarios; has working knowledge of competition the factors that differentiate them in the market with innovative solutions.
Provide clinical design input fnew product development, including the intended use scenarios fnew functionalities.
Provide clinical input fadvanced technology development, including the clinical value assessment, clinical scenario definition.
Lead the clinical usability evaluation IQ evaluation of the feature concept design in new product development, work with product development Engineer.
Support clinical evaluation research fnew product development, including supporting the external internal evaluation plan, sites training support, user feedback collection assessment. Work with the product manager, regional application team on the new product/features clinical value proof.
Lead the clinical validation fthe new product development, including the design of clinical validation plan, execution of the plan, summary the report. Work with the technical experts leaders.
Lead the application training of the new product development, design the training material, perform the application training to the regional Application team. Work with the regional application training team.
Required Qualifications
Master degree with Medical Imaging, Radiography related field
5+ years experience in radiation therapy radiology department in healthcare institutes hospitals is preferred
Excellental written communications skills in English Chinese, able to present the clinical scenarios with structured presentation
Capable of quickly grasping clinical concepts from customer communication observation;
Capable with innovative thinking leadership skill
Good learning skill to understtechnology engineering knowledge fproduct design
Familiar with new product development process
Experience with user clinical collaboration is preferred
