全面负责公司内外部EHS管理体系的建设、运行与持续改进，统筹内外部EHS合规性管控，推动EHS文化落地，保障业务运营符合法规及公司战略要求。

关键职责
一、EHS业务内控管理
1. 建立并维护EHS内部控制机制，确保日常操作符合集团及事业部标准要求。
2.监控集团和事业部及基地EHS重点工作的落地，做好对接，协调，监控工作。
3.管理体系组团队，针对客户审核，体系审核中EHS部分进行筹备和迎审。
2. 主导EHS内部审查计划，识别业务漏洞，完善内部管理架构。
3. 管理事故/未遂事件调查流程，制定预防策略，降低运营风险。
4. 协调和支持安全，环保，职卫，消防以及现场稽查组业务工作，确保各项工作在体系策划下有序稳定开展。
5.设计并落地公司EHS管理框架、流程及标准化文件（如程序文件、SOP）。
6.推动EHS目标指标（KPI）在各部门的分解与达成。
7.实施体系评估，驱动EHS持续改进项目。
8.管理制定培训计划，提升全员EHS意识与技能。
9.其他EHS体系相关工作
