工作目的
协助项目经理协调研究团队，培训新员工，确保临床试验符合法规、GCP/ICH指南及SOP要求，完成非医学判断类任务。
主要职责
1.临床研究管理
熟悉方案及研究设计、协助研究者严格遵守方案进行筛选、入组、随访等工作。
协调研究中心启动及关闭，包括向临床试验机构办公室或IRB/IEC递交文件、物资管理、监查访视准备及文件归档。
2.项目执行
院内转运、回收和返还研究产品（药品/医疗器械、体外诊断试剂），协助研究者记录受试者药品使用及依从性。
协助样本管理相关工作，包括核对、处理、储存、转运、运输、记录样本存储条件（如温度、湿度）、各环节出现异常情况及时上报等；
维护研究中心质量，确保监查/质控/稽查准备就绪。
3.受试者协调
协助受试者招募、筛选随机流程及访视安排。支持研究者完成数据收集。
4.文档、数据管理
具备良好的文档管理能力，能够独立收集、整理和归档受试者试验期间的各项资料及研究资料，确保文件管理遵循ALCOA+CCEA原则。及时完成CRF（病例报告表）的填写/录入，并根据源数据解决质疑。
5.团队协作
作为研究中心与项目团队（CRA、PM等）之间的主要沟通联络人。向项目团队反馈研究中心运行状态、研究进展、受试者入组情况及潜在问题。协助处理研究中心在试验中遇到的各种问题，确保项目顺利推进。

任职要求
医学、药学、护理或相关生命科学专业，统招大专及以上学历，2年以上临床试验的相关经验。
熟悉GCP、ICH-GCP法规、临床试验流程及相关SOP要求；
责任心强，工作细致，具备良好的职业操守；
能在压力下保持工作质量，具备良好的时间管理能力和多任务处理能力；
对临床研究工作有热情，愿意长期从事药物临床试验相关工作；
有团队合作精神，能够适应远程协调工作
