4.发现和跟进生产问题，并及时协调解决生产问题

5.与研发团队成员进行技术交流，互相促进技术能力的提升

工作要求

1.本科及以上计算机相关学历,3-8年的开发经验

2.Java基础扎实，精通Java或python，熟练使用AI编码工具

3.熟悉常用中间件及微服务框架，了解底层原理，如Dubbo、ZooKeeper、RocketMq、Kafka等

4.熟悉MySQL数据库，熟悉Redis、MongoDB、HBase等 NoSQL存储

5.逻辑清晰、善于思考，具有较强问题分析解决能力，有AI项目开发落地经验、擅长应用AI等工具提效等优先
