岗位职责：
1. 负责公司数智化平台、业务系统及AI相关产品的后端需求分析、设计、开发与维护。
2. 参与系统架构优化、性能调优，保障系统的高可用、高性能和高扩展性。
3. 负责或参与AI功能的后端集成与开发，包括但不限于：与大模型API（如DeepSeek、百炼）的对接、AI智能体（如基于Dify/扣子）的后端逻辑实现、以及模型微调任务的数据处理与管道搭建。
4. 积极响应业务需求，进行高效、高质量的定制化开发和交付。
5.编写和维护清晰的技术文档。
6.协助并完成其他各类技术开发任务。
任职要求：
1. 学历与经验：统招本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验，有办公协同、ERP、SaaS或AI项目经验者优先。
2. 核心后端技能：
Java基础扎实，拥有良好的编程习惯和代码质量意识。
熟练掌握主流开发框架：Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Mybatis等。
熟练掌握数据库如MySQL/Oracle，具备良好的数据库设计及优化能力。
具备一定的系统性能分析和优化能力。
3. AI相关技能（具备以下一项或多项者优先）：
有AI项目实践经验：了解机器学习/深度学习基本概念，有参与AI项目或功能开发的经验。
智能体与API集成：有实际集成和调用大模型API（如OpenAI、DeepSeek）的经验，或有参与搭建AI智能体（如使用Dify、扣子等平台）后端服务的经验。
数据处理与模型微调：具备数据处理经验，熟悉模型微调（Fine-Tuning）的基本流程和数据格式要求（如Prompt-Completion对构建），有相关经验者优先。
了解Python及常用AI框架（如PyTorch, LangChain）。
4. 综合能力：思路清晰，具备优秀的分析解决问题能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神。
