职责：
1、负责集团各类产品（PC/移动）相关的UI工作；交互文档的输出，企业推广类设计；
2、对所负责的B端产品进行用户场景挖掘、使用行为分析、问题收集整理、设计趋势洞察，主动思考并提出交互体验优化方案；
3、参与项目前期的用户调研，撰写问卷、用研报告等；
4、参与优化设计规范，负责标准和规范的实施和执行，版本迭代等工作；
5、跟进产品视觉UI设计、设计还原度，保障产品设计品质的有效落地；
6、对产品开发逻辑有一定的了解，配合开发人员保证产品完成上线
要求：
1、从事互联网或软件类产品的UX/UI有2年及以上的经验
2、熟悉iOS/Android、PC/Web平台设计规范；掌握用户研究常见的方法，具有交互设计理念，对用户体验有深刻的理解；
3、对市场产品动向及行业发展趋势高度关注，对设计信息敏感度较高；
4、熟练使用Sketch、XD、PS、AI、AE等相关设计软件；
5、优秀的逻辑思维与创新能力，良好的沟通及语言表达能力；
6、对工作尽职尽责、善于学习，注重效率，具备优秀的团队协作精神；
7、有ToB产品交互设计经验者优先.
