工作职责:
1、参与消费信贷的系统分析、设计及实现，能提出项目需求的落地实施方案；
2、配合项目经理，参与研发过程管理，进行任务的分解与分配，讨论和跟进各种技术问题，包括参与所负责的项目各阶段的讨论、评审会议；
3、协助团队其他成员进行项目研发，参与核心代码实现和技术难题攻关；
4、负责推进技术规范的落地，定期进行技术分享，协助提升团队整体技术实力；
5、负责系统性能优化，保证平台安全、稳定、快速运行；
6、具有体系化的技术架构思维，能够确保技术架构的质量保障、扩展性、前瞻性，通过团队协同作战，拿到目标结果。

任职资格:
1、教育背景：本科以上学历；
2、工作经历：5年以上（不含5年）JAVA开发经验；1-2年高并发系统工作经验；2年以上大型分布式高可用系统设计、开发和调优经验；银行、会计、金融、经济相关工作经验者优先；信贷系统研发设计经验优先；分布式计算、流式计算或海量数据应用经验者优先；
3、知识技能：熟悉SpringMVC、Dubbo、Zookeeper、Mybatis、MySQL、rabbitmq、Maven、Redis；熟悉数据库应用开发；熟悉数据库原理和常用性能优化技术；熟悉QL，Queue 的原理、使用场景以及限制；
4、能力素质：具备较强的分析设计能力，能够根据业务需求设计合理的实现方案；
5、其他要求：无。
