二、职责：偏差、变更、OOS
1、对相关部门的偏差、变更和OOS能够及时发现和处理；
2、偏差、变更和OOS，参与原因的分析，预防措施和执行计划的制定；
3、跟踪相关偏差、变更和OOS的相关工作执行进度；
4、评估偏差、变更和OOS对产品的影响；
5、接受相关偏差、变更和OOS的外部培训。
6.对公司内部员工进行偏差、变更和CAPA等内容的培训。
7.组织偏差、变更等内容的审查委员会，记录会议内容并归档。T
三、职责：原液现场监督
1、对能影响药品质量的外部因素（水、环境、温湿度、压差、设备等）进行确认符合要求；
2、原液生产过程监督，对关键参数及步骤确认复核；
3、监督原液生产和人员操作的GMP符合性；
4、对生产过程中发现的偏差进行上报，并参与偏差的调查，跟踪偏差的进展；
5、参与新的原液生产线的工艺验证等相关工作；
6、定期对QC的检验工作进行现场的监督检查。
四、职责：文件及管理工作
1、编写和审核与现场监督和原液放行等相关的规程和记录（QA文件）；
2、审核生产现场的相关规程和记录（生产文件）；
3、审核QC检验相关的规程和记录。
五、其他
1、协助领导做好与药品监督管理部门沟通交流工作；
2、完成上级领导交付的其他临时任务或项目；
3、参与质量系统的持续改进；
4、现场参与GMP认证、跟踪检查等。
任职条件：
1. 生物、药学、制药工程等相关本科专业；
2. 正规生产型制药企业2年以上质量管理经验；
3.熟悉GMP及制药相关法规；
4. 良好的职业道德素质，善于沟通，责任心强；
5. 具有良好的沟通、协调、解决问题的能力。
