岗位职责：
1. 负责自动驾驶和座舱项目的项目管理工作，包括但不限于进度管理、风险管理、变更管理、项目团队管理；可带领项目团队，保质保量按时完成项目交付；
2. 负责客户交付项目（主要围绕芯片交付，部分包含算法交付），同时负责部分产品自研项目（围绕产品线）。以客户交付项目为主，进行项目集管理；
3. 针对客户交付项目，对接tier1和OEM，有作为供应商的姿态和技巧，不卑不亢，善于对接客户。能合理引导客户，妥善处理客户关系，协调内外部资源，合理给内部开发团队压力以提高交付节奏，实现*终项目目标。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具有在Tier1做过项目管理（自研项目PM/DRE/ECU Owner 等），或者服务过tier1的 PM/TPM 经验者优先，或者具有在tier2 ADAS或座舱芯片公司项目经理相关工作经验；
2. 具有快速学习能力，喜欢接受挑战，能够适应公司快速发展的节奏和文化；
3. 能理解挑战和机会并存，拥有高维视野，具备项目管理相关的PMP证书，并希望有质量管理的思维。
