设计并优化稀疏体素构建、采样与解码模块，提升精度与效率。
进行多视角时序融合与跨帧一致性建模，增强动态/遮挡场景表现。
设计损失函数与训练策略，提升稀疏远距与细粒度占用预测。
构建数据闭环与评测体系，推动算法迭代。
完成模型部署优化与推理加速
任职要求
研究生及以上学历，计算机/自动化/电子相关专业。
熟悉 3D 视觉与 BEV 相关方法（Occupancy / 3D 检测/分割）。
熟练使用 PyTorch，有完整训练与调参经验。
具备较强的工程实现与问题定位能力。
加分项
有落地项目经验，能独立完成算法设计与实现。
有 BEV Occupancy 或稀疏体素落地经验。
有时序融合、稀疏注意力、Transformer 等实践。
有车载部署优化经验（TensorRT/ONNX/CUDA）。
顶会论文或开源贡献。
