岗位职责：
1、负责公司Web项目、后台管理系统、接口服务的PHP开发、迭代优化与功能升级，保障项目稳定高效运行；
2、参与产品需求评审、技术方案讨论、数据库设计，根据业务需求输出合理的开发方案，按时完成开发任务；
3、负责前后端接口联调，配合前端、产品、测试团队完成功能调试、bug修复、版本上线及迭代更新工作；
4、持续优化代码结构，重构老旧业务逻辑，提升系统响应速度、稳定性、安全性及可维护性；
5、负责对接第三方接口（支付、登录、短信、小程序等）开发与集成，保障第三方服务正常对接使用；
6、跟进行业新技术、新框架，结合业务场景落地技术优化，协助团队完善开发规范、文档沉淀及技术积累；
7、领导交办的其它工作事项。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上PHP开发经验，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先；
2、熟练掌握PHP基础语法，精通ThinkPHP、Laravel、Yii等主流PHP框架，具备独立开发项目能力；
3、熟练掌握MySQL数据库，精通SQL语句编写、索引优化、慢查询优化、分库分表基础逻辑，能独立处理数据库性能问题；
4、熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Ajax等前端基础技术，能够独立完成简单前后端联调开发；
5、熟悉Redis、MongoDB缓存技术，了解Linux常用命令，具备服务器部署、项目上线、日志排查能力；
6、熟悉RESTful API接口开发规范，有小程序、公众号、后台管理系统开发经验者优先；
7、具备良好的代码编写习惯，逻辑清晰、规范整洁，具备独立问题排查、抗压能力和自主学习能力；
8、工作认真负责、沟通顺畅，有良好的团队协作意识，能快速适配业务迭代节奏。
