岗位职责
1. 负责后端服务架构设计、核心业务模块开发、接口设计与性能优化，保证系统高可用、高稳定。
2. 基于 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等微服务框架进行业务开发、服务治理与线上问题排查。
3. 与前端、产品、测试协作，完成需求分析、方案设计、代码评审、上线部署全流程。
4. 负责数据库设计、SQL 优化、缓存策略、消息队列、分布式事务等后端核心能力落地。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上Java后端开发经验。
2. 精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等主流后端技术栈。
3. 熟练使用 MySQL、Redis、RabbitMQ/RocketMQ、Elasticsearch 等中间件。
6. 熟练应用微服务、分布式系统、服务限流熔断、链路追踪、容器化部署（Docker/K8s）。
7. 具备良好的系统设计能力、代码规范意识、问题排查能力与团队协作精神。
加分项
1. 有AI应用、智能助手、RAG系统、Agent等相关项目落地经验。
2. 有高并发、大数据量、SaaS平台、中台系统开发经验。
3. 熟悉Prompt工程、向量数据库、大模型微调基本流程。
