This position is employed by the Technology Department of Hongkong LHoldings Limited（香港置地）.
Your new role will:
1. Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure Support
• Manage maintain cloud-based on-premises infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, advocate fcloud-native solutions containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure performance, reliability, cost optimization, security compliance
• Help troubleshoot networking connectivity issues in hybrid environments (Cloud & on-prem).
• Work with seniR&D engineers to enhance security, scalability, compliance.
2. CICD Pipeline Implementation
• Design implement automation CI/CD pipelines to streamline code delivery from development to production. Integrate tools workflows across development, testing, deployment, monitoring phases
• Support on-premise software installations using automation tools like Ansible, PowerShell, Python.
• Assist in automating deployments, rollbacks, software updates.
3. Security & Compliance
• Embed security practices the CI/CD pipeline, including SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning
• Implement monitoring logging solutions fsecurity performance.
• Learn apply security best practices fCloud on-prem environments
4. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Monitinfrastructure application performance reliability, diagnose issues proactively, conduct post-mortem analysis to minimize downtime improve recovery processes.
• Support monitoring of infrastructure applications using monitoring services such as CloudWatch Datadog
• Work closely with development, Security operations teams to foster a collaborative DevOps collaboration culture deliver efficiency outcomes
• Assist in incident response system health checks.
What youll need to succeed:
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related disciplines.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in DevOps similar role, with experience in providing DevOps operation maintenance support
• In-depth knowledge of Linux system & operation, familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks integrate systems
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Docker/k8s container platform, related underlying technologies principles
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience with monitoring & observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Good commof both spoken written English & Chinese, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical non-technical teams
• Proactive, detailiented, a self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills
