岗位职责：

1. 协助设施团队开展日常设施运行管理工作，包括但不限于暖通、给排水、电气、空压、消防、弱电、办公区域及公共区域设施的巡查与基础协调。

2. 协助跟进日常维修、报修及外包服务工作，推动问题闭环，并做好过程记录。

3. 协助使用报修系统或台账对维修工单、故障记录、保养计划及整改事项进行跟踪更新。

4. 协助整理设施管理相关文件，包括设备台账、保养记录、点检表、操作规程、会议纪要、项目资料及供应商文件等。

5. 协助编制、更新和归档部门日常管理文档、报表及PPT材料。

6. 协助统计设施运行相关数据，如能耗、维修工单、巡检问题、备品备件消耗等，并进行基础汇总分析。

7. 协助部门与内部用户、施工方、供应商之间的日常沟通协调。

8. 协助小型改造、维修及设施优化项目的资料整理、进度跟踪和现场支持。

9. 完成上级安排的其他设施管理及行政支持工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科在读或应届毕业生，机械、电气、暖通、建筑环境与能源应用工程、给排水、自动化、工业工程、工程管理等相关专业优先。

2. 对工厂设施运行、设备管理、能源管理或工程项目管理有兴趣。

3. 具备良好的责任心、执行力和沟通协调能力，工作认真细致。

4. 能熟练使用 Office 办公软件，尤其是 Excel、Word、PowerPoint。

5. 具备一定的数据整理和文档编写能力，有较好的逻辑性。

6. 能适应进入现场进行基础巡查和问题确认，不排斥工厂环境。

7. 英语读写能力良好者优先。

8. 每周可实习 5天，实习期 6个月及以上者优先。
