1、熟悉Java的主流开源框架（SpringMVC、Spring Cloud、Springboot、Spring、MyBatis、Hibernate)；熟悉WebService 开发；熟悉LinuxUnix、Windows操作系统；熟悉主流的数据库（MySql、Oracle);
2、熟悉JQuery、Ajax、Json、html、css、xml等前端技术；熟悉项目管理工具Maven；熟悉版本控制工具SVN;
3、3年Java开发经验；
4、具备良好的计划、组织、协调、沟通能力，需求分析能力；
5、具备代码分析、性能调优、数据库优化能力；
6、有独立思考能力，为人诚恳，工作态度踏实肯干；良好的团队合作精神，能够融入团队；
7、熟悉软件项目过程中涉及的流程、工具和方法；
8、具备良好的学习能力，愿意主动去学习适合企业发展的技术、业务知识；
