【核心职责】
1、界面设计与交付执行：根据产品原型与需求说明，独立完成iOS、Android、Web及PC客户端的界面高保真视觉设计、切图与标注。确保设计稿符合已有设计规范，并满足游戏化视觉与电商转化率的双重要求。
2、设计维护与支持：在指导下维护和更新UI组件库，确保设计一致性。对现有界面进行基于用户体验的走查，提出并执行优化方案。
3、动效实现与AI提效：负责实现产品所需的界面微动效与交互动画，增强操作反馈。必须熟练运用AIGC工具进行设计素材的快速生成、风格延展与方案试探，将AI产出有效转化为设计资产，大幅提升工作效率。
【任职要求】
1、核心技能（硬性要求）：
审美与美术基础：对色彩、构图、字体有精准把控力，作品集需能体现对“游戏感”与“商业感”融合的审美能力。
熟练的AI工具应用能力：具备使用AIGC工具进行商业设计工作的实际经验，并能清晰阐述工作流。
精通主流UI设计软件以及各端设计规范，能产出开发友好型设计文件。
2、执行素质：
执行力与责任心：能准确理解任务需求，严格遵守项目时间节点，保质保量完成交付，对落地效果负责。
协作与沟通：具备良好的沟通习惯，能清晰表达设计思路，积极配合产品、研发团队，高效完成修改与对接。
3、经验背景：
美术、设计或相关专业本科或以上学历，有1年以上UI设计经验，有游戏、电商或平台类产品界面设计经验者优先。
能够适应快速迭代的工作节奏。
