工作内容：
1、负责设备及消耗品供应商资料的收集和供方签订价格协议、采购合同的整理及归档。
2、执行询价、比价、议价、招标流程，进行全面的成本分析和价值工程分析。
3、负责商务谈判，拟定采购价格/合同，确保在质量、交付、成本和服务上的*优条件。
4、负责跟踪订单状态，确保设备及物资按时交付，协调处理进口报关、物流及验收事宜。
5、负责处理到货物资的质量问题，协调供应商进行退换货、维修或索赔。
6、优化采购流程和策略，提高采购效率，并管理采购相关文件和数据，确保信息准确、可追溯。
7、根据生产计划及设备、耗材库存状况，确认采购品种、数量、质量要求及交货周期，制订采购计划，提报上级领导审核。
8、负责日、周、月采购达成情况的分析汇总，并定时提报给上级领导。
9、负责核对设备、耗材收料清单，按照付款协议提交付款申请报上级领导审批，通知财务向供方付款。
10、负责协调处理财务和设备供应商及耗材供应商的发票处理事宜，对发票进行审核，提交上级领导确认，*终提交财务。
11、负责对购买到库的产品（设备及耗材），不符合图纸设计要求或技术要求的，合理安排退货、再送至指定场所确认，保障技术申请人员合理的交期并做好沟通。
12、完成上级领导委派的其他采购工作任务。

任职要求：
1、3年以上汽配行业采购工作经验，至少1年以上采购管理工作经验；
2、熟悉采购管理流程、了解生产管理知识；
3、具备良好部门内的计划和协调能力，较好人际沟通能力，较好的采购管理能力，较好的口头和书面表达能力；
4、熟悉运用MS-Office、ERP等日常办公软件；
5、良好的职业操守，与团队意识，良好的敬业精神，能接受不定期出差。
