2、基于Elasticsearch实现多维度搜索（标题、SKU属性、模糊匹配），集成同义词扩展、权重分词（IK Analyzer）及实时索引更新（Canal同步MySQL数据）
3、主导商品中心建设，包括SPU/SKU管理、类目体系、标签策略及上下架流程，支持B端制造业客户定制化需求（如批量报价）
4、结合电商搜索引擎推展AI搜索模块设计与开发，集成语义理解（BERT/NLP）、用户画像（ClickHouse+Spark）及个性化推荐算法（TensorFlow/PyTorch），实现搜索意图识别准确率≥95%
5、负责线上ES稳定性问题的定位分析，性能瓶颈分析，读写性能优化，存储成本优化
任职要求：
1、5年以上JAVA开发经验，计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历，具有计算机、IT技术的专业背景电商搜索引擎开发经验
2、熟练掌握Java、golang、python任何一种语言，有扎实的Linux操作系统知识、系统性能意识，良好的算法功底、代码能力
3、熟悉大数据生态，对分布式、海量数据存储、高并发等场景有丰富的工作经验
4、对Elasticsearch、Lucene、Solr、Opensearch、Tantivy、Doris、Clickhouse系统架构或源码有深入的了解，社区Contributor、Committer优先
5、对Elasticsearch存算分离架构、读写分离架构有深入研究者优先
6、对向量搜索有一定的理解，熟悉IVFFlat、IVFPQ、HNSW、DiskANN、RaBitQ、BBQ等向量算法优先
7、腾讯、华为、字节跳动、大疆、淘宝、京东等top级互联网大厂互联网行业后端开发经验，在金融、电商领域、搜索引擎模块有丰富的项目经验*佳
