工作职责：
1、设定项目管理绩效指标，审批施工安全方案，签批入场许可证；
2、承包商入厂安全培训，现场安全检查（一天两次）；
3、每日工作回顾，参加定期项目会议（每日、每周），跟进整改、所有安全不符合及隐患，建立安全文档（人员、设备等），严重并安全风险有权停止施工并向项目经理报告；
4、编制应急预案并落实演习，组织EHS事故调查，对违反规定的情况，汇同项目管理人员对承包商进行处罚和跟踪纠正预防措施的落实；
5、定期向管理层通报承包商执行公司管理规定的状况，参与承包商的年度环保、健康和安全业绩进行评估，并将评估结果通知采购和相关部门；
6、主管交办的其他事项
资质及经验要求：持有注册安全工程师证书、5年以上工业领域新厂建设安全管理经验，精通《安全生产法》《建设项目安全设施“三同时”监督管理办法》
