岗位职责：
1.负责CIS图像传感器模拟前端电路的规格制定、设计和验证；
2.负责先进工艺上数模/模数转换电路的设计和验证；
3.配合应用和测试工程师，设计测试方案，评估芯片性能；
4.配合像素设计和数字设计工程师，制作CIS图像传感器。
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，微电子、集成电路相关专业；
2.8年及以上CIS图像传感器模拟设计经验；
3.熟悉HSPICE ,HSIM,SPECTRE等EDA工具；熟悉CIS图像传感器工作原理，了解像素的构成和工作原理；熟悉模拟电路设计理论基础，熟悉器件模型，了解55nm及以下工艺设计方法学；
4.有PLL,AD/DA、数模混合芯片等设计经验、ESD设计经验、大规模IC设计经验者优先考虑；
5.有较强的学习能力、分析能力、沟通能力，和较好的团队合作精神，有极致追求。
