    4.内审与外审支持：策划年度内审计划，组织内审员培训；配合主管完成外部审计整改及体系优化。
    任职要求
    1.本科及以上学历，医学、生物工程、药学、质量管理等相关专业；
    2.三年以上医疗器械/IVD行业质量管理体系经验，熟悉产品研发、生产、上市后监管全流程，持有ISO 13485/ISO 9001内审员证书优先；
    3.精通中国/欧美医疗器械法规，能快速解读新规并推动落地；
    4.熟练运用质量管理工具，具备跨部门协作能力，能平衡合规要求与业务效率。
