机器人系统应用工程师
岗位职责：
1.负责 PoC 项目中机械臂工作站及周边配套（如 3D 视觉、夹爪）的软件环境部署，确保与 RMS/WES 系统的高效协同；
2.针对PoC场景进行UPH、精度及稳定性压力测试，并输出优化建议；
3.准确定位现场复杂软硬件故障，并推动研发闭环；
4.负责输出 PoC 测试报告、技术部署手册及 FAT/SAT（工厂/现场验收测试）标准文档。
5.收集现场长尾需求与异常 Case，建立典型故障知识库，驱动研发端进行产品迭代。
6.提炼 PoC 成功案例，编写标准部署作业指导书（SOP），并负责对全球实施服务团队进行二次赋能与技术转培训。
任职要求：
1.熟练使用 Linux 环境，具备扎实的 Python 编程能力；能独立编写设备运行及自动化测试脚本；
2.本科以上理工科专业，机电、计算机、自动化等专业优先，具备扎实的电子、电路专业知识。
3.有机器人/ 工业机械臂/算法平台等相关产品经验的优先。
4.良好的英语听说读写能力
5.具备极强的现场抗压能力，能接受一定比例的国内外差旅
