2.负责游戏服务器核心逻辑的开发和实现，确保游戏体验的顺畅和稳定；
3.负责游戏服务器性能优化，提高服务器的处理能力和响应速度；
4.负责游戏服务器相关工具的开发和维护，提高开发效率；
5.协调与客户端、策划、美术等其他部门之间的工作，确保项目的顺利进行。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.具备至少三年以上游戏服务器开发经验，有成功上线作品者优先考虑；
3.熟悉Java,JavaScript等编程语言，熟悉TCP/IP或HTTP协议，掌握Java Socket、Netty、NIO、多线程、并发、Actor等相关知识；
4.熟悉Linux环境及操作，熟悉Tomcat、Nginx等服务器配置；
5.熟悉MySQL等数据库开发和Redis等缓存技术；
6.熟悉Grpc、Thrift、Hprose等常见的rpc框架；
7.能够承受一定的工作压力，具备优秀的解决问题的能力，能够在复杂的环境下进行决策和行动。
8.对游戏开发有浓厚的兴趣和热情，能够不断学习和探索新的技术，提升自己的专业技能。
