4、熟练掌握Spring Cloud、MyBatis、MQ等常用开源框架及中间件；
5、精通SQL语言，熟练掌握MySQL、redis的应用，有过SQL调优经验，能根据业务需求设计合理的数据模型
6、精通分布式架构，熟悉主流的微服务架构，如Spring Cloud、Dubbo、Zookeeper等，并精通其原理；
7、熟悉中间件，例如MQ，KafKa，Redis等；了解以上的内存模型是怎样的，如何维护线程安全与高可用性
8、工作积极主动，有责任心，热爱技术，能抗压，具有良好的团队合作能力和逻辑思维能力；
9、熟悉软件开发管理流程，具备软件项目需求、设计、开发、测试、验收等环节管理能力；
10、熟悉掌握Docker、K8s、CICD经验，有智能交通相关产品研发经验优先；
二、岗位职责
1、负责规划开发团队整体的建设方向和架构；
2、全面负责管理开发团队工作，熟悉计划管理，合理高效安排开发任务;
3、带领技术团队，完成开发项目的开发任务；
4、负责完成技术难题攻关，以及新产品功能设计、开发；
5、与用户及相关上下游合作伙伴沟通，有效推动项目进度，完成目标；
6、能接受出差。
