岗位职责
负责水电站集控系统、SCADA 系统等核心业务的后端服务开发与维护，基于 Java 技术栈实现高可用、高并发的业务功能。
与架构师、前端开发、测试工程师协作，参与需求分析、技术方案设计、接口定义与功能落地，保障业务需求高效交付。
负责后端接口性能优化、问题排查与修复，保障系统稳定运行，支撑水电站智能化远程集中控制的核心场景。
参与技术文档编写，包括接口设计文档、数据库设计文档等，保障代码与文档的一致性。
配合团队完成系统二次开发与迭代升级，能够快速响应业务需求，高效完成开发任务。
任职要求
统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电气工程等相关专业，有电力 / 水电站行业系统开发经验优先。
3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，精通 Spring Boot、MyBatis 等主流开发框架，具备扎实的 Java 编程基础。
熟悉 MySQL、IOTDB 等数据库的设计与优化，熟练使用 Redis 等缓存中间件。
了解微服务架构思想，熟悉 Docker 等容器化技术，有分布式系统开发经验优先。
具备良好的问题排查与解决能力，能独立承担模块开发任务，能吃苦、执行力强，以结果为导向。
具备良好的沟通协作能力，能快速融入团队，配合完成跨角色工作。
