职位概要(Job summary):
To ensure the timely transfer of new products to mass production, the NPI Team Leader will be responsible fleading the execution of the deliverables identified within Quasar’s New Product Introduction procedures & framework.
工作职责(Responsibilities):
1. Using lean concepts tools, assist in the development, evaluation the improvement of manufacturing systems & processes fnew products.
2. Influence product design by ensuring Lean, Six Sigma Design fManufacture principles are considered followed during all phases of the project.
3. Drive the timely resolution handling of technical problems with cross functional team members.
4. Promote a forward looking, analytical data-driven culture including the use of structured methodologies & disciplines (Six Sigma, 8D, 6S etc.) fthe NPI team.
5. Establish strong working relationships with key internal & external stakeholders and, demonstrate ownership fresults with a focus on execution.
6. Manage SeniNPI Engineers by facilitating regular 1-2-1 sessions to ensure engagement, motivation, timely resolution of issues as well as to address performance training needs.
7. Provide visibility to program managers stakeholders of H&S, technical/engineering risks communicate mitigation plans.
8. Coordinate NPI documentation compliance in accordance with the business applicable standards requirements.
9. Support assist the NPI team in preparation to transfer new products to the mass production phase
10. Other duties responsibilities assigned by the NPI Engineering.
任职资格(Qualification):
1. A degree in Engineering, Science, manufacturing a related subject.
2. Substantial varied technical experience of launching new products manufacture.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication Problem solving, Analytical lateral thinking skills.
4. Good understanding of lean quality tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, 8D, 6S, Kaizen, Design fManufacture Design of Experiments.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication Problem solving, Analytical lateral thinking skills.
6. FDA, ISO 13485 medical device knowledge would be advantageous.
7. Excellent commof English (written verbal) is required.
8. Professional,ganized, flexible, passionate self-motivated.
