职位描述：
锂电保护应用（BMS）现场应用工程师
岗位职责:
1、产品说明与推广展示，协助销售完成产品的推广；
2、客户投诉问题追踪处理，协助客户完成相关产品的生产；
3、完成产品在应用层面的测试及评估；
4、总结工作中遇到的问题和解决的方法，及时反馈给销售和研发部门；
5、对产品工程师提出产品开发建议及意见。
任职要求：
1、985本科以上学历，电子信息工程相关专业；
2、有3年以上的FAE经验，有直流无刷电机控制相关RD工作经验，或熟悉动力锂电池保护设计、或熟悉逆变、同步整流等应用电路相关工作经验；
3、有客户资源优先考虑；
4、工作有耐心，具有责任感，能适应出差工作。
5、如果 fae 有方案设计能力的，可以孵化板级应用公司，参与公司分红。
