Scope of the role：
1.Manages activities of the Facilities Departments to support the manufacture of MDD in a regulated environment maximize the benefit to the company.Works with site leadership closely to ensure excellence facilities operations in MDD Su Zhou site
2.Primary responsibility fleading deploying on-site facilities utilities maintenance operations, infrastructure management compliance.This includes but is not limited to support to facilities utilities projects,energy initiatives,asset management,reliability business operation.
3.This position serves as a single point of accountability ffacilities at the site level is responsible fdelivering quality,safe,compliant productive infrastructure management facility services with high focus on reliability customer service.
4.Deploys facilities standards aligned with business priorities as set by site/campus LT.These standards are developed collaboratively under direction of the facilities COE.
Accountabilities ：
Facilities Management：
1.Be responsible fthe daily facility operations like chilled water system,air plant,electrical system,air handling units,etc to make sure the Operation can receive the solid services to maintain their core
businesses;
2.Coordinates communicates with Facilities site lead,clear understthe business requirements fdaily facility operations;
3. Responsible fthe proper operation maintenance of Fire Alarms Protection system fthe entire site,which includes the Fire Pump,sprinklers,valves,etc.;
4. Responsible fthe maintenance repairs of buildings,grounds,landscaping parking areas;
5.Responsible fthe maintenance of all plant grounds,landscaping parking areas;
6.Directs the inspection of construction installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings,specifications schedules;
7.Under the guidance of regional MDD Facilities Team,assess space requirements develops space plans fcurrent future operations from concept to completion;
8.Collects reviews data concerning facilitys specifications,company government restrictions,
pass them to regional MDD Facilities team to support the future development;
9.Reviews the cause of majrepairs with affected operations management to prevent recurrences;
10.Adopt implementation of the MDD Facilities Strategic Master Plan;
11.Develops reviews procedures fpreventive/predictive maintenance of utilities equipment,ensures that the required preventive/predictive maintenance is performed as per procedures;
12. Analyse failures,breakdowns repetitive repair causes; 13.Responsible fthe housekeeping ofall buildings;
14.Tracks maintain performance metrics provides data recommendations to aid management in making decisions。
Financial Budgeting：
1.Following the financial information received from the MDDganization,be responsible to manage the daily facilities operation to meet the financial target;
2.Develops funding recommendations obtains management approval fboth capital project to support core business,ffuture facilities improvement projects。
Project Delivery：
1.Work with the regional/corporate MDD Facilities Project team to deliver the capital projects;
2.Manages project resources,including vendors contractors;
3.Provides project support including scoping/defining projects,developing projects metrics reviewing project status deliverables;
EHS management:
1. Be familiar with both J&J corporate EHS requirements as well as local code requirements;under the support from the specialist from MDD Facilities team as well as the regional EHSganization to
make sure daily operation full comply with code requirements;
2. Manage the daily activities of the on-site contractors,makes sure all the daily activities meet all applicable EHS requirements;
3.Lead audits,inspections to make sure the 100%EHS compliance;
People Management：
1.Manage the group of the staff within the engineering solution team;identify develop the potential talents fourganization;
2.Be responsible finterviewing,reviewing,training employees;planning,assigning directing work;appraising performance;rewarding disciplining employees;addressing complaints resolving problems.
Required Competencies Skills：
1. A Bachelors degree higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related discipline is required.
2. Must possess over ten years of relevant industry experience.
3. Candidate should have knowledge hands-on experience with GMP.
4. Fluent in English .
