岗位职责：

1. Python开发：在Linux或者Windows下，搭建Python开发环境，进行Python应用的开发和部署

2. 第三方平台嵌入式开发：在第三方平台提供的数据分析环境，使用Python语言进行嵌入式开发，完成在第三方平台上的数据处理。

3. 算法模型开发：使用Python语言，根据业务需求进行数据模型的开发

4. 进行需求预测计算, 挖掘产品sku间相关性，基于不同维度的商品销量预测，订单预测等;

5. 进行商业数据分析，针对商业问题和实际业务，参与创新方法和应用的研发，充分挖掘数据的商业价值。

基本要求：

1. 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业

2. 二年以上Python开发经验

3. 熟悉软件工程方法和项目管理方法

4. 具有较强的人际和客户沟通协调能力，有良好的组织、协调、沟通的能力及分析、解决问题的能力；

5. 具有较强的项目文档编写与交付能力

技能要求：

1. 精通Python 技术，熟悉常用Python工具包，能够独立完成Python应用开发

2. 了解基本模型算法，有使用Python语言进行数据分析的经验，能够根据数据建模要求进行编程

3. 熟悉MySQL/SQL Server两种数据库之一

4. 有阿里重代码开发经验优先

5. 有阿里数据中台开发经验，能熟练使用Dataphin优先

6. 有阿里MaxCompute使用经验优先
