岗位职责
1、负责B2C/B2B电商平台核心模块（订单生成/支付回调/库存调度/物流追踪）的需求分析、技术设计与开发；
2、主导高并发场景下交易系统优化，包括库存超卖防护、分布式事务一致性（如TCC、SAGA）等关键方案落地；
3、解决供应链系统（WMS/OMS/TMS）中的技术难点，如仓储库存实时同步、运单状态机设计；
4、通过多级缓存（Redis）、消息队列（RocketMQ/Kafka）保障系统高可用，支撑日均 100万+订单量级；
5、持续优化系统性能，提升 API响应速度与吞吐量，保障 99.99%系统可用性。

职位要求
1、5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上电商平台（B2C/B2B）或供应链系统（WMS/OMS/SCM）核心模块开发经验；
2、精通 Spring Cloud Alibaba 微服务生态（Nacos+Sentinel+Seata），有订单分库分表、库存热点数据处理实战经验；
3、熟练掌握 Redis集群在购物车/秒杀库存中的应用
4、精通 RocketMQ/Kafka 在订单异步解耦、物流状态同步场景的应用；

加分项：
有 ERP、WMS（如仓储入库/出库流程）、TMS（运输管理）系统开发经验；
熟悉 Elasticsearch 在商品检索/订单查询中的优化。
