2、根据公司的规章制度与上级指示，对公司EHS工作实施综合监督；
3、负责在公司内贯彻执行国家有关安全生产的政策、法律、规程、标准和规章制度；
4、负责组织制定、修改公司安全生产管理制度和规定、标准，经安委会讨论通过、总经理批准后发布执行；
5、负责组织安全生产的宣传教育工作，员工日常安全教育，协同有关部门做好特种作业人员的安全技术教育、培训、发证换证工作；组织实施开展各种安全活动；督促各部门办好部门内安全教育，协助各部门制定安全活动计划；
6、负责公司安全、环保、卫生设备的综合管理，协同相关部门做好其维护、维修、检测等管理工作；
7、负责新建、扩建、改建的“三同时”工作及大修、技改工程的EHS审核，使其符合EHS技术要求；
8、组织安委会召开定期与临时会议，组织公司EHS检查与整改；
9、不定期深入现场监督检查，督促并协助解决有关隐患，纠正违章作业。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，化学或环境相关专业；
2、五年以上化工或生物制药行业同等岗位工作经验；
3、对污水处理设备运行及管理有丰富的经验；
4、能独立搭建EHS管理体系，沟通能力强，协作性好；
5、取得注册安全工程师资质。
